The Rosendale Wedding Photographer – Lucy and Alan
I really enjoy working at the Rosendale and it was lovely to be The Rosendale wedding photographer a few weeks ago for Lucy and Alan’s wedding. Being a wedding photographer, I get to witness one of the most important days of two people in love and their families. I am often reminded that every couple is special and unique and I love to capture their wedding day in a natural way. Lucy and Alan were a beautiful couple to work with. Polite, down to earth, full of life and energy are some of the words that spring to mind when I think of them.
This was my third wedding at the Rosendale and it was great to be back. The Rosendale is a beautiful pub and restaurant with many distinct areas that make it an ideal venue for a wedding day. In fact, I discover something new at each visit and I was delighted to discover the rooftop area this time round!
The wedding of Alan and Lucy had a slight vintage theme to it with Lucy stealing the show with her gorgeous dress. The ceremony was beautiful and included two readings and a close friend playing the violin. The drinks reception took place outside in one of the garden areas and guests enjoyed the sunshine. After the wedding breakfast and some beautiful speeches, it was time for the first dance and some dancing.
As a wedding photographer, I could not have asked for more than having such a lovely, personable and caring couple. It was a true pleasure to capture their wedding day and below are some of my favourites images from their wedding day.
