Dulwich College Wedding Photographer – Darren and Terry
Terry and Daren commissioned me for their civil partnership at Dulwich College last year and I had been very much looking forward to this day. We had not met to face-to-face but we had several conversations on the phone and they just seemed very relaxed about the whole day which is refreshing and also a great attitude for the big day! I was also looking forward to document a wedding at Dulwich College, a lovely venue with lots of history behind it. It was also my first civil partnership to date and I was very pleased to be commissioned even without prior experience. This was never a concern for me as I believe that as a documentary wedding photographer I am ready to capture a variety of events, but nevertheless some clients may have preferred someone with prior experience.
The service took place in one of the small ceremony rooms (the Old Library) before moving into the main area of the college for the drinks reception, the wedding breakfast and the evening festivities.
I had a great time documenting their special day and it was just lovely that it turned out to be one of the sunniest days so far of the year and Daren and Terry were able to enjoy their drinks reception outdoors with their guests.
Below are some of my favourite images from the day, please feel free to leave me a comment at the end of this post! I hope that you enjoy them! If you are looking for a Dulwich College Wedding Photographer, please get in touch!
