London Canal Museum Wedding Photographer – Laura and Simon
The variety of weddings I witness as a wedding photographer is probably what keeps me fresh and excited about the next one! People are different and as such they see their special wedding day in many different ways and the put their stamp on it!
Laura and Simon got married in a very private ceremony a few months ago but they wanted to celebrate with their extended family and friends before moving to the States, where I believe they are now at the time of writing! I wish them all the best in their married life but also in their new venture, having moved countries 4 times in my life, I know how daunting yet exciting this is!
The day started at Kings Place where Laura and family (minus Simon who was finishing setting up at the venue) went for a ride on barge on the Thames before picking up Simon in order to make a grand entrance. It was lovely to see all their friends waiting for them and being really pleased for them – they got a really warm welcome!
After some drinks and nibbles, the day proceeded with a nice meal upstairs, speeches in the foyer of the venue and then a lots of fun dancing in the evening.
I am very pleased to have met Laura and Simon and to have the opportunity to document their day. Below are some of my favourites, please feel free to leave me/and or Simon and Laura a comment at the end!
