Bury Court Barn Wedding Photographer – Fiona and Daniel
The wedding of Fiona and Daniel at Bury Court Barn in Surrey took place on a lovely and rare sunny day this summer. The reportage wedding photography coverage started at a spacious room at Bury Court Barn which had gorgeous natural light, ideal for bridal preparations.
Even though, Bury Court Barn is licensed for weddings, the couple chose a church service at the nearby St. Joan of Arc in Farnham. We were pleasantly surprised by the open welcome from the priest to wedding photography, allowing us to document the ceremony without restrictions. He was very engaging and it was a very pleasant service.
We returned to Bury Court Barn where the guests were able to enjoy drinks and canapés outdoors in the sunshine and where we took a few posed shots of the married couple at their request. As a reportage wedding photographer, I aim to capture the day naturally as it happens, however I am always happy to take posed shots if requested.
