Lains Barn Wedding Photographer
The wedding coverage of Jon and Holly started at Holly’s house, where she was getting ready with her bridesmaids. The mood was happy and relaxed and Holly was really looking forward to the arrival of the VW camper van – something that she had really wanted for her wedding day!
The spirit at Lains Barn, the venue chosen by John and Holly, was calm but full of excitement!
The ceremony was short with a couple of readings, before guests spilled out onto the garden and enjoyed the sun, the drinks, the canapes and the awesome acoustic duo on the day, who are part of the larger band ReCover . I have heard many bands and they were very good, especially as they were only two on the day. Their music certainly made the afternoon even more enjoyable for the guests and photographer!
We took about 10 minutes to do a short portrait session around the grounds before going back into the barn before speeches and dinner. I have to thank Katie and the team at Lains Barn for looking after me (and all the guests) so well!! The evening entertainment included a photo booth, dancing and Holly and John and their guests just having a nice time!
I certainly enjoyed documented John and Holly’s wedding day, a very easy going couple and very much clearly in love with each other! Below are some of my favourite images of the day.
