Guilford Wedding Photographer – Dottie & Wayne
The wedding of Dottie and Wayne took place in Guildford. It was an elegant and chic affair with an Oscars theme to the wedding reception. My coverage started at their family home for a few shots of the preparations before heading to Guilford’s registry office for the ceremony which was nice and simple, just as the newly-wed couple wanted.
After the ceremony it was back to the marquee that had been erected in a field just around the corner from their family home. It was a lovely marquee, with plenty of space and that had been decorated with Dottie and Wayne’s personal touch. The afternoon was eventful, funny and with lots going on. There was an impromptu ceremony carried out by one of Dottie’s friends dressed as a bishop – it was very funny and had the guests entertained. A surprise guest arrived during the speeches which again caused great fun and joy amongst the guests. It was great that only 2 people seemed to be aware of Del Boy’s appearance and it was amusing to see the look and reaction on people’s faces.
After the speeches there was some time for the guests to enjoy the lovely afternoon before the dancing and evening fun started!
