Park View Farm wedding photographer
A family oriented wedding
I was very excited to be the Park View Farm wedding photographer for Hannah and Josh’s wedding day. In all my dealings with Hannah and Josh, I had found them to be lovely to speak to. I knew that it was going to be a beautiful wedding day, centred around family. It was just about having fun with their close friends and relatives. And this is exactly how their day was!
I arrived early at Hannah’s parents house. I like to take a few getting ready shots of the preparations. As a surprise to Hannah, the groomsmen arrived to sing her a song and give her a present from the groom. Everyone was delighted and it was a great start to the day! I stayed a bit longer to capture a few more shots before heading to the ceremony. The ceremony was beautiful and had some funny moments too. The groom made mistakes during his words and the bride found this hilarious. She jokingly mocked him, before doing a similar mistake herself! Also, as they finished lighting the wedding candle and they were blowing out their lighting candles, they managed to blow out also the candle that they had just lit to everybody’s amusement. I love these little moments as they bring a bit of joy and fun and it is something that they will remember for a long time. After the ceremony, we headed for Park view Farm where the rest of the day would take place.
Park View Farm in Wokingham is a lovely spot!
I had not visited Park view farm before and it is very close to where I am based. It has a lovely outdoors space and a marquee had been erected for the day. It all looked beautiful and there was nice weather too which made the day even better! The bride and groom had factored in a good amount of time for the drinks reception. The guests were then called for the wedding breakfast and speeches. I love speeches as I get to learn more about the bride and groom during that time. Even though all the speeches were thoughtful, meaningful and lovely, I need to tip my hat to the best man as his speech was really funny! The overall afternoon was fun with guests then proceeding to enjoy the outdoors space, some playing with bubbles, some playing beer pong and some simply chatting with one another. The first dance followed and it was then soon time for me to go home and leave the guests to enjoy the rest of the party.
I truly enjoyed this wedding and getting to know Hannah and Josh a little bit. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful and they both looked great on their wedding day! Below are some of my favourite images from their wedding day. I hope that you like them and I would love to hear your comments at the end of this post.
