The Mill House Hotel Wedding Photographer
I had been looking forward to Nick and Juliet’s wedding for a while. The variety of venues I get the opportunity to work at is one of the perks from being a documentary wedding photographer. The Mill House Hotel in Swallowfield is particularly known for their AA Rosette status.
It was a typical day, with a mix of rain and sun, perfectly timed to the delight of guests who were able to enjoy drinks and canapés in the gardens of the venue. After a lovely service, the main attraction of the afternoon was a musical flash mob where many of the guests and groom joined the three piece band for a jam session. As a wedding photographer, I enjoy these surprises, it shows the amount of preparation that couples and friends put together to delight and entertain their guests.
The evening included a quiz and some very heartfelt speeches, one of them done all in rhyming. The best man speech included the surprise of a copy of semi nude photo shoot done by the groom that cause hilarity among the guests.
