Stone Barn Wedding Photographer – Erika and Craig
This was my first visit at Stone Barn, a lovely and isolated barn converted in 2010. Stone Barn is run by Cripps Kitchen and the food looked (and smelled) amazingly good. As a wedding photographer, I love working at new venues and understanding the environment, angles that I can use to my advantage. This was my second wedding of 2013 and it was a short coverage, yet full of lovely moments.
Erika and Craig had a civil ceremony followed by drinks and meal at Stone Barn. Many guests came down from Scotland and it was a lovely mix of accents and kilts!
As a wedding photographer, I choose to work in a documentary style and capture moments as they unfold. I will however do groups and portraits and we did a very short portrait sessions outdoors (it was really cold) and took a few images of their new baby boy too.It is possible to have some nice portraits without uncomfortable poses.
