Photography can be daunting to some. Deciding which camera to purchase even more complicated. This decision will be influenced by your budget, your goals in photography and your understanding of photography.

I choose to go for a bridge camera, which is an excellent compromise between a digital camera andDMC FZ28 Camera a dSLR camera. I went for the Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ28 which is a great camera. It has outstanding zoom capabilities. It allows you to use many of the functions that you would find in any SLR camera. Additionally, the iA (Intelligent Auto Technology) function includes features such as hand shake detection, face detection, light detection and AF tracking to name a few.

I find this camera very easy to use and very intuitive. It has a great advantage over other bridge cameras, which is that you can add, should you wish to, close up and tele conversion lenses which are great for taking jewellery pictures and for outdoors shots.

Purchasing a camera needs to be a balance between ability and knowledge in photography and the desire to have a complex camera.
